Treasury Alliance Group provides
customized treasury training programs for our corporate and bank
clients. We do not offer "off the shelf" packages, but work to make sure
that training programs and workshops will help you to achieve your
training objectives. Programs are available for:
- Corporations: In-house global treasury training covers key treasury
areas such as regional cash management issues, banking services,
treasury organization and reporting, forecasting and systems and risk
management.
- Banks and Financial Institutions: Programs for marketing and
operations staff cover areas such as working capital management,
understanding corporate treasuries and advisory skills.
In developing a
custom program, we:
- Assess learning needs of prospective participants and prepare a
program syllabus.
- Design and assemble training materials and readings and make these
available on a special, secure website.
- Measure knowledge transfer using web-delivered pre and post program
assessments.
- Include interactive exercises designed to engage learners and ensure
relevance of the instructional material.
