• Banks and Financial Institutions: Programs for marketing and operations staff cover areas such as working capital management, understanding corporate treasuries and advisory skills.

In developing a custom program, we:

• Assess learning needs of prospective participants and prepare a program syllabus.

• Design and assemble training materials and readings and make these available on a special, secure website.

• Measure knowledge transfer using web-delivered pre and post program assessments.
